FREE SHIPPING

For complex equipment or for orders over 1000 BGN without VAT the delivery to the customer site is free. For smaller deliveries see the prices in Econt Express calculator on the home page of the site.

Delivery time is up to 30 days if the goods are not available. Exceptionally deadline for delivery of individual articles may be extended by the manufacturer.

INSTALATION AND SERVICE

Idea Verde Ltd performs installation , warranty and maintenance of equipment. We have:

• Professionals who respond quickly and competently;
• Spare parts in stock;
• Own import of spare parts and consumables to the proposed equipment;
• Express delivery of spare parts.

Warranty service without charge is 12 months from the date of installation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not replace the unit. The warranty does not cover damage caused by transport after delivery , damage caused by blows, falls, force majeure, opening the unit, improper installation, operation with supply voltage with values ​​outside the parameters misuse, working with the unit are not intended and not by manual use systematic, prolonged and extreme stress or poor maintenance of equipment.

The warranty applies only if the installation is performed by an authorized person from Idea Verde LTD.

The warranty applies only to the buyer and does not apply to third parties.
