Delivery of single goods is made by shipping services of Speedy or Econt Express. Idea Verde Ltd. reserves the right to choose courier company according to the criteria: shipping address and the best price. The delivery fee is charged to the customer and is payable at the time of receipt of the goods by cash.

The value of the courier can be verified through the installed unit of Econt Express on the homepage of our website.

All goods sent by courier are covered by insurance and complaints for discrepancies or damaged are accepted only upon receipt the goods. The customer is obliged to check the item after receive it, and if finds failure to refuse the goods by completing the protocol for damaged shipment.

Delivery of goods shall be made available within 3 working days.

Delivery of unavailable goods is up to 30 days.

WARRANTY

Goods offered by website ideaverde.bg are new, we offer used appliances in special category used appliances. Idea Verde Ltd has warranty liability under the terms of each manufacturer . Standard warranty period is 12 months. The warranty includes: removal of manufacturing defects , labor, spare parts. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the equipment. Servicing of equipment is carried out in our base situated in Burgas 8000, Odrin Street, Apollo Business Center. For equipment that requires a technician visitation the transport costs are paid by the customer. Guarantee shall be taken only if the conditions described in the warranty card are .

UNACQUIRED GOODS

Returned by courier service packages can be sent back at the expense of the customer. All undeliverable items due to an error in the address will be considered as returned on request of client. RETURN POLICY

Customer may return the item within 7 / seven / days of receipt , and only in cases where the product does not meet the specifications stated in the online store www.ideaverde.bg. In these cases, the product must be in a commercial appearance, not used and is in a form and amount that it does not differ from that in the preparation , and the original container is maintained. Return of product is by courier at the expense of the customer and obligatory insurance of the goods. In establishing the integrity of the returned product Idea Verde Ltd. shall be refunded to the customer , the costs of the transfer of the money paid by the customer.
