1. Subject and general provisions


1.1 These General Terms and Conditions define the relationship of "Idea Verde" Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Merchant" or "Idea Verde", owner of the website www.ideaverde.bg, referred to as the site or online store, on the one hand and on the other hand the users of the online store www.ideaverde.bg These conditions bind all users. By choosing a product, link or button located on the pages of www.ideaverde.bg, the user agrees, accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms.

1.3 User within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is a legal or natural person who creates an account on the site, places an order online or by phone and concludes a contract for the sale of goods / services offered by the online store www.ideaverde.bg

1.4 Account - a section of the online store, formed by an email address and password, which allows the user to send an order and which contains information about the user and the history of some of his actions on the site - orders, tax invoices, etc. The User is responsible for the information entered in the Account to be correct, complete and up to date.

1.5 Favorite products - a section in the account that allows the user to create their own lists of goods and services that he wants to monitor in connection with possible purchases.

1.6 Cart - a section in the account that allows the User to add goods or services that he wishes to buy at the time of their addition or at a later stage; in the event that the goods and services are not purchased at the time of their addition by placing an order, the user will take advantage of the Merchant's service to track the goods and services by receiving commercial messages.

1.7 Order - an electronic document representing a form of communication between the Merchant and the User, through which the User declares to the Merchant, through the site, his intention to purchase goods or services from the online store.

1.8 Campaign - any advertising message aimed at promoting the site, the Merchant's brand or certain goods or services that are offered in limited availability, for a certain period of time specified by the Merchant.

1.9 These General Terms and Conditions are binding for Idea Verde and for the users of the online store. When filling in the electronic form for registration and / or making an order statement, by ticking the field "I accept the General Terms", the user makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and declares that he is familiar with and accepts these General conditions.


2. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE IDEA OF VERDA AND THE CONSUMER

To purchase goods from our Site, you must:

    You have correctly filled in the electronic registration form and / or made the order statement by phone.
    You have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
    Specify an accurate and valid phone number, email address and delivery address.
    Confirm the order.

2.1 After clicking the "Confirm Order" button, users agree to purchase the goods located in the "Cart" Module. This action is legally binding. The user receives an automatic confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation it is considered that the contract has been concluded. Idea Verde may request additional confirmation, including by phone or e-mail. In case the requested information is rejected, this automatically leads to the cancellation of the order with or without further notice.

2.2 After placing the order and receiving confirmation at the user's e-mail address, the request is considered accepted and is subject to execution by Idea Verde. In case of impossibility to fulfill part of the order or the whole order, you will receive an additional email or call to the phone number you specified.

2.3 The trader reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in case the goods are not available or for other objective reasons. In the absence of stock of the ordered goods, within three working days the Merchant notifies the consumer of its exhaustion by sending a message to the email address specified by the user or the specified phone number.
