Technological design is the first and most important step towards a successful professional kitchen. Idea Verde Ltd. covers the whole path: consulting, design, delivery, installation and service.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING

• Technological consultation as required by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency;
• Technical specifications and assistance in choosing equipment and inventory;
• Personal contact, site visits and measurements;
• Staff training and presentation cooking by a professional chef.

TECHNOLOGICAL DESIGN

We develop projects in AutoCad and 3D visualisations, with the necessary conclusions for plumbing, electrical and aspiration systems, matched to the purpose of the site and the investor's budget. The project includes the technological drawing, specification, explanatory note and the full set of documents for submission to the BFSA, and we assist all the way to the final opinion.

Price: from 700 to 2000 BGN depending on the size and complexity of the site (indicative, please request a quote). The BFSA state fee is paid separately and is calculated from the kitchen area.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND SERVICE

For complete equipment, delivery to the site is free; for smaller shipments we work with Econt and Speedy. Delivery time is up to 30 days if the goods are not in stock.

We carry out installation, warranty and post-warranty service with our own specialists, original spare parts in stock and express deliveries.

The warranty is 12 months from the date of installation and covers manufacturing defects, without implying replacement of the unit. It does not cover damage from transport after delivery, blows and falls, force majeure, opening the unit, improper installation or operation, supply voltage outside the specified parameters, use other than intended, extreme stress or poor maintenance. It applies only if installation is performed by a person authorised by Idea Verde Ltd, and only to the buyer.
