 CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES
 Worktop made of 2mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. Control panel, side panels and back panel in 1mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. Precise juxtaposition of worktops ensuring maximum hygiene. Stainless steel brackets are provided as standard, allowing the appliances to be effectively fixed side by side (optional gasket). Sloping back guard with built-in exhaust grate and removable steel closing grid. Adjustable feet made of AISI 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant sole made of insulating plastic material. Foot extension 60mm, standard worktop height 900mm (minimum 895, maximum 955).

 TECHNICAL FEATURES
   Insulated tank made of 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with 2 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel bottom, with cavity for indirect cooking. Tap to control the  water level in the cavity, or "...C" version with automatic loading system. Safety valve at 0.5 bar, vacuum valve and analogue pressure gauge. Heating obtained by Incoloy armoured heating elements, controlled by electromechanical thermostat. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Water filling tap (hot/cold) with AISI 304 stainless steel swivel spout. Chrome-plated brass front drain tap (Ø 2'') with athermic handle. Rear-hinged, spring-balanced lid with athermic handle. Ergonomic, athermic control knob with built-in operating LED.
