  • Special Wood Serrin (99’9 % purity).
  • Produces a dense and high quality smoke.
  • Provides a very soft flavor aromatized to food, thanks to slow combustion at low  temperature.
  • Meets all existing standards and regulations for food with food.
  • Compatible with Lacor’s food ahumador (Ref. 69221 and REF: 69321).
  • COGNAC: aromatic sawdust from the oak barrel used for ageing the cognac.
