GASTRO-23/X ELECTRIC CONVECTION OVEN 4x GN 2/3 WR-G023-1D

Diamond WR-G023-1D is an electric convection oven for 4 GN 2/3 trays, with a temperature range of 50–270 °C. Tray spacing is 70 mm.

Connection and operation

Power supply: 230 V / 1 phase + N / 50-60 Hz; power 2.8 kW. The rounded chamber and exterior are AISI 430. Equipment includes a fan motor running at 2600 rpm, interior lighting and condensate drainage. The door is double-glazed with a removable inner pane.
