2 swing doors.

Supplied with: 1 stainless steel lid per tank.

Welded 20/10th thick top.

Lower drain tap for each tank and removable drain (or filtration) tray with removable spout (easy and safe to use).

Upper tray for pre-cooked food, with perforated bottom for draining.

Double-walled insulated hinged doors.

Heated by a very high-efficiency cast-iron circular burner with insulated combustion chamber.

Chimney (one for each tank) for evacuation of combustion gases.

"SIT" type thermostatic valve with thermocouple safety device and piezo ignition (no more electrical connections!).

Analogue temperature display on the front panel for each tank.

Construction in stainless steel AISI 441.

Complies with the current CE standards.
