Worktop made of 2mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. Control panel, side panels and back panel in 1mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. Precise juxtaposition of worktops ensuring maximum hygiene. Sloping back guard with built-in exhaust grate and removable steel closing grid.

15 mm thick cooking plate recessed into the worktop with a water-tight perimeter channel, a large drain hole and removable fat collecting tray GN1/1 40mm. AISI 309 stainless steel armoured heating elements pre assemblated in special blocks, one for each cooking zone, with a special geometry and position, designed to ensure maximum temperature uniformity throughout the plate and simple remplacement in case of failure. Thermostat for adjusting the cooking temperature from 100°C to 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Ergonomic, athermic control knobs with built-in operating LED.
