Product details

  • Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 395x520 mm, 20,5 dm².
  • Version with "50 µm" hard chromium plate (certified food-grade in compliance with European regulation CE n.1935/2004).
  • Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance.
  • Electric heating via stainless steel heating elements, placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulated by thermostat from 120°C to 320°C.
  • The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
