Functions:
- Heat recovery for cold water connection (15°C). The TR system is an heat exchanger: the
moist warm water vapour is drawn directly out of the machine when the door is closed, and
used for pre-heating the cold water supplied up to around 50°C. As a result, the energy
required to reach the final rinse temperature (approx. 85°C) is dramatically reduced. DIHR TR
technology improves the room‘s air quality and climate as well. The heat exchanger reduces
the exhaust air temperature by more than an half. The entire humidity volume is cut down
by approx.-20% of the equivalent machine without a heat recovery unit. This permanently
improves the operators’ comfort.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
• The washing system is covered by an International dual Patent.
• 12 wash cycles, 6 of which combine water detergent and granules.

• Double, vertical easy-fit wash-arms, with concave shaped nozzles to prevent clogs and to optimize
the combined flow of water and granules.
• All electric and electronic components are sheltered in a dedicated box, for easy access from the
machine’s front.
• The basket is placed on a rotating support stand, to optimise the mechanical action of
the granules on the surfaces to wash.
• The mix of the granules with the water is made before the entrance in the pump’s body,
minimising the mechanical friction between granules and the pump’s components, for longer
durability.
• Granules collection strainer, with right-level mark for granules.
• The robust lower part of the door becomes a perfect working surface, simplifying the load/unload
operations, without unpleasant water dripping on the floor.
• The optional service trolley facilitates the loading/unloading of the machine, increasing the
operations’ speed and, consequently, the machine’s productivity.
PLUS SYSTEM
The rinse cycle is stabilized at 85°C temperature and flows at a constant pressure, thanks to the
atmospheric boiler which avoids adding fresh water from the mains, when rinsing. Moreover the
PLUS System guarantees a better control and a correct dosage of rinse-aid at every cycle.
