Precise juxtaposition of worktops ensuring maximum hygiene. Sloping back guard with built-in exhaust grate and removable steel closing grid.

15 mm thick cooking plate recessed into the worktop with a water-tight perimeter channel, a large drain hole and removable fat collecting tray GN1/1 40mm. AISI 309 stainless steel armoured heating elements pre assemblated in special blocks, one for each cooking zone, with a special geometry and position, designed to ensure maximum temperature uniformity throughout the plate and simple remplacement in case of failure. Thermostat for adjusting the cooking temperature from 100°C to 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Ergonomic, athermic control knobs with built-in operating LED.
