CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES
 Control panel, side and back panels in 1 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish. Adjustable feet, in AISI 304 stainless steel, scratch-resistant  sole made of insulating plastic material. Foot extension 60mm, standard worktop height 900mm (minimum 895, maximum 955).

 TECHNICAL FEATURES
 AISI 304 stainless steel cooking tank with 10mm thick bottom and 2mm thick walls. Manual tilting of the tank obtained by knurled knob made of athermic material and worm screw, motorized tilting on models (BR … M). AISI 304 stainless steel closing lid, hinged at the rear and spring balanced. Water filling tap with swivel spout. Armoured heating elements with geometry and position designed to ensure maximum temperature uniformity on the plate. Thermostat for adjusting the cooking temperature from 100°C to 300°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Ergonomic, athermic control knobs with built-in operating LED.
