The Magnum TV 330 is a new vegetable and cheese preparation machine for large restaurant and
catering kitchens, pizzerias and dairies made completely in stainless steel with a patented no sticking
surface treatment that grants the conformity to the food contact rules and high resistance to the corrosion.
Can be used with different types of covers and feeders according to the requested cuts.
The mobile stand with wheels is included with the machine.
Due to the big range of discs all types of cuts for cheese and vegetables are possible.
The strong motor with the possibility to choose 2 use speeds, grants high performances not
only with vegetable cuts but also with cheese cuts.
The big size of the used discs (330mm) grants a very high output, about kg 600-2200 hourly.
It is possible with an inverter to regulate the disc speed from 80-450 tours to obtain a very high quality cut.
Made according to the European directives 89/336 EEC 98/37 EEC – 89/109 – 2002/95 and En 1678 it is CE marked.
