Tilting tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel (13mm thick) with high thermal conductivity, rounded corners for easy and hygienic maintenance.
Gas heating, using stainless steel burners with stabilised flame, regulated from 90 to 300°C (uniform temperature throughout the bottom of the tank) by a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple safety device, front accessibility allowing easy maintenance.
Safety device to interrupt operation while the tank is being raised as standard. A water tap for filling the tank is fitted to the top, and is opened by a valve on the front of the appliance.
